How to use it?

AquaShiny cleaning agent is intended for use in outdoor hot tubs, small swimming pools, and hot tubs with a water volume of more than 700 liters but less than 2000 liters. The product does not leave free chlorine in the water.

AquaShiny effectively destroys bacteria in pool water, clarifies the water, removes unpleasant odors, and cleans and eliminates biofilm accumulated in the piping.

Therefore, AquaShiny is 100% chlorine-free, user-friendly, very easy to use, and one of the most effective and popular cleaning chemicals on the market.

When using AquaShiny, no other chemicals are required.

SAFETY

  • Read the instructions before use.

  • Do not pour component A or B separately into the pool water without mixing the solutions according to the instructions.

  • Chemical mixing must only be carried out outdoors with special care.

  • Do not inhale the gas formed during chemical mixing; inhalation is hazardous to health.

  • Keep out of reach of children.

  • Use biocides safely. Always read the labels and product information before use.

BEFORE USING THE CHEMICAL

  • Ensure that the pool water temperature is above 24 °C. The chemical works best when the water temperature exceeds 24 °C.

  • The chemical compound works independently of the pH value. However, it is recommended to keep the pH within the guideline range, as an incorrect pH level may cause fading of headrests and plastic parts, for example. We recommend checking the pH level (recommended range 7.0–7.4) before use.

  • AquaShiny can be used even if chlorine or another chemical has previously been used. However, if you have used other cleaning agents or combinations of chemicals in the water we do not recommend using AquaShiny until the water has been changed. We cannot be certain of the contents of products from other manufacturers or how they may react with the active ingredients of AquaShiny; therefore, we recommend changing the water before using AquaShiny.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Always remember to loosen the mixing bottle cap immediately after mixing to release pressure.

  • Keep the pool cover open and the massage pumps running for approximately one hour after adding the product (or until the yellowish color disappears).

  • Ensure proper mixing of the chemical using the pool’s jet system. In pools without a filtration or jet system, ensure proper mixing by manually stirring the water, for example with a pool mixing paddle.

TROUBLESHOOTING

  • The pool water becomes dirty or cloudy after the first treatment.

    • AquaShiny removes biofilm from the spa piping system very effectively and keeps the pipes clean. At the beginning of use, this may appear as cloudy water, foaming, or visible dirt residues at the waterline. This indicates that AquaShiny has also cleaned dirt from inside the pipes. Once the dirt has been removed from the piping, this issue will disappear. If necessary, replace the water and filters.

  • Discoloration is observed on plastic parts or the cover.

    • Ensure that the pool cover is kept open long enough after adding the product. AquaShiny works through a chemical reaction, which is a fast and effective way to clean spa water. During the reaction, gas is released and quickly dissipates from the water when the cover is open. This helps maintain the original condition of plastic parts and the cover.

USE

PROTECT YOUR EYES AND WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES

  1. Pour 50 ml from bottle A into the mixing bottle.

  2. Pour 50 ml from bottle B into the mixing bottle. The cleaning mixture is activated and turns yellowish.

  3. Screw the cap onto the mixing bottle and shake gently.

  4. NOTE! Loosen the cap slightly to allow gas to escape and wait for 5 minutes.

  5. Pour the prepared cleaning mixture into the pool and start the massage pumps. Note that the water will turn yellowish.

  6. Keep the cover open, leave the massage pumps running and wait approximately 1 hour while cleaning and disinfection are in progress.

  7. The process is complete when the yellowish color has disappeared from the water (time may vary depending on water contamination).

  8. .Once the yellowish color has disappeared, the pool is ready for use.

  • Rinse the mixing bottle with water after each use.

  • Repeat water treatment once a week, depending on usage.
