Co-funded by the European Union
The AquaShiny project was carried out between April 2024 and April 2025 with co-funding from the European Union. The project aimed to develop and commercialize a chlorine-free and environmentally friendly water treatment solution, designed especially for hot tubs and small pools.
During the project, efforts focused on product formulation research, usability testing, and assessing the effects on water quality and user well-being. In addition, the project supported the development of brand identity and marketing materials to introduce AquaShiny to a broader consumer and retailer audience.
As a result, the project delivered a chlorine-free water care solution that offers a healthier and more ecological alternative to traditional pool chemicals. The initiative contributes to the EU’s Green Transition objectives by reducing the use of harmful chemicals and promoting sustainable development and a cleaner environment.
