• Is AquaShiny really chlorine free?

  Yes it is. AquaShiny is the most effective chlorine-free spa water cleanser on the market. It doesn´t leave any chlorine to the water.

• Does AquaShiny clean biofilm?

  AquaShiny not only clears your water and destroys bacteria, but it also removes unpleasant odors and cleans the biofilm accumulated in the pipeline whereas chlorine only kills bacteria but does not remove biofilm

• Can i use AquaShiny in my hot tub?

  Yes you can. AquaShiny is perfect for outdoor hot tubs and small swimming pools. It’s designed for water volumes between 700 and 2000 liters.

• Can I start using AquaShiny even if I have used other water treatments before?

  We do not recommend. We cannot be sure what other manufacturers’ ingredients contain and how they react to AquaShiny´s active ingredients. We recommend cleaning the pool’s plumbing and replacing the water before starting to use it.

• Why is my hot tub dirty after adding AquaShiny for the first time?

  That is completely normal. AquaShiny is a very effective product against biofilm accumulated into pipelines. If the water is brown, cloudy, or if biofilm comes loose from the spa´s plumbing we recommend changing the water.

• Do I need to use other chemicals with AquaShiny?

  No you dont. Just add AquaShiny once a week and that´s everything you will need. However we recommend measuring pH levels and cleaning the filter cartridge once a week, depending on use!
